Tatt’s good expo news

BACK by popular demand, the ninth annual Kyabram Bike, Car, Truck and Tattoo Expo on Saturday, October 26 will host more than 50 categories, including best overall car, bike and truck, and best male and female tattoo.

Held at the Ky Showgrounds from noon until dark, the family-friendly fundraiser will donate proceeds to Kyabram District Health Services and other local charities.

Last year saw more than $1000 donated towards new instrument sterilisation trays for the operating theatre, adding to its nine-year total of more than $10,000 in community donations.

“It would be great to get the support of locals this year,” organiser Gino Meneghetti said.

“So pull your cars and bikes out of their sheds and come down to the show.

“Even if it’s for an afternoon of good weather, kicking back and listening to some music, this is a great community event and we want locals to come and enjoy it.”

Local bands Odyssey and WTF will be performing on the day and with more than 50 trophies up for grabs, visitors can expect to see hundreds of cars, trucks, bikes and tattoos on display.

“It’s Kyabram’s local event for motor, tattoo and music enthusiasts,” Mr Meneghetti said.

Kids can enjoy playing in the jumping castle and food stalls will be available.

And for the adults a licensed bar is available — the event is strictly no BYO.
