Drum to visit Kyabram to answer Budget questions

May 14, 2018

THIS Wednesday, May 16, the people of Kyabram will have the opportunity to have one on one time with the local federal member for Murray, Damian Drum, at his inaugural Listening Post.
Mr Drum said he understands after the release of the Federal Budget, many people will be seeking clarity on what has been announced and what the Budget means for them and their family.
“There is sometimes uncertainty as to what the Budget means for the average Australian. By getting into our communities I aim to clarify the issues raised,” Mr Drum said.
“This will provide an opportunity for me to listen and hear the concerns of the people in Kyabram and then assist in any way I can.’’
Mr Drum will be set up in Hurley’s on Allan St from 12-2pm and is inviting everyone to come and say hello.
“It is important that the community has access to their federal parliamentary representative. I was elected to represent the views of the Murray electorate and the best way I can do that is by speaking with the people who elected me.
“I am encouraging people to come along to Hurley’s have a chat or just say g’day.’’
